One Stroke Painting Classes
Jean Wilson, a One Stroke Certified Instructor, will be teaching the One Stroke painting classes at Terryfic Times. These Saturday classes are offered from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is a $30 fee for each class, which includes all materials. Participants are encouraged to bring their lunch and a beverage or two.
Jean
offers a beginning
class for all of you who love the look of hand-painted items, but feel you don't
have the know-how to do it. She will cover loading the brushes with paint
and all of the basic strokes needed to paint lilacs on a ceramic pot.
Imagine
being able to design a flower pot like the one
shown here in your first
painting class! Please note that the plant is not included. You must
grow your own!

In another One-Stroke Painting class, you will design a wildflower cover for a black three-ring binder. Jean will show you how to create these lovely pink, purple and white flowers and the whimsical butterfly. Simply add your signature to complete this unique work of art.

Take home not one, but two beautiful fruit tiles after taking this class with Jean. You will have a "pear" of tiles that will be the "apple" of your eye. These tiles will have to be baked in your oven to set the paint. You can then use them as trivets or hang them on a wall (you must buy your own hanger for them).

You can really light up your life with this beautiful hand-painted lampshade. Jean will provide the shade, the patterns, the paints and the brushes to make a black lampshade with an apple, a pair of pears and a couple of plums. You must apply the paint and then crown the lamp of your choice with your latest creation. Join us on Saturday, September 20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to have it "made in the shade."

Class size is limited to twelve painters. The fee for each class is $30 and may be paid with cash or a check payable to Jean Wilson. The class fee includes instruction and all materials. Additional One Stroke Painting supplies are available for purchase at Terryfic Times.
